OCD+B addresses two common psychological patterns among young people today: procrastination and subtle obsessive-compulsive tendencies. Rather than treating them as problems, OCD+B transforms their tension into a self-regulating mechanism for focus.

The app presents visually “uncomfortable” elements—misalignments, clutter, asymmetry—that subtly provoke the user’s urge to fix or complete. With every completed task, the interface becomes more orderly and pleasing, offering visual relief and a sense of progress.

OCD+B doesn’t push productivity through pressure, but invites users to move forward through a balance of psychological triggers and responsive visual feedback—building a rhythm of focus grounded in emotional reality.
